Clar+Ion® and Hyper+Ion® products used in emulsion breaking Applications can increase the yield of clean oil for reuse or resale. You can use Clar+Ion and Hyper+Ion^- products to treat oil in water emulsions, thus producing cleaner water for reuse or discharge.

Ponds and lagoons can be treated with Clar+Ion and Hyper+Ion coagulants as part of normal operation or site remediation. Drilling mud pits, phosphate slime ponds, and sewage lagoons, among others, can be clarified effectively with Clar+Ion and Hyper+Ion products. Residual solids resulting from Clar+Ion and Hyper+Ion treatment programs and lagoons may show improved dewatering and compaction compared to traditional approaches.

In coal cleaning operations, large volumes of clay, coal fines and refuse need to be clarified and thickened quickly and easily prior to water reuse. Clar+Ion and Hyper+Ion products provide superior activity to destabilize and flocculate finely divided colloidal mater, producing excellent settling rates, excellent clarity and increasing refuse solids compaction.
