As the largest North American alum producer and a leader in enhanced aluminum-based coagulants and flocculants, we provide a full range of technical service and sales support for our water treatment products.

Our field representatives help water facilities optimize coagulant usage and select the most appropriate treatment chemical from among the many alum, polyaluminum hydroxide and blended coagulants we offer.

We also provide technical support through our Syracuse (N.Y.) Technical Center. This unique industry resource offers an array of services ranging from on-site technical consultation and laboratory testing to training and the development of new formulations. The Center is a problem solving organization that helps hundreds of water treatment facilities each year resolve technical, operating and engineering problems so they function at greater efficiency and lower operating costs. Members of the Center have published dozens of articles to benefit the industry.

Our field sales and technical service personnel have extensive experience in water treatment. They provide direct support for hundreds of water treatment facilities each year in such areas as turbidity control, color and TOC removal, filtration, reduction in backwash wastage, use of pH adjustment chemicals and sludge generation.
